Singapore Banknotes Portrait Series 7-in-1 Cash Card Set

Released in the year 2000 to celebrate the new President Portrait series currency notes and the new millennium, notes of $10,000, $1,000, $100, $50, $10, $5 and $2, were produced on cash-cards in limited edition sets.

All the 7 notes (i.e. the cash-card) came with identical serial numbers. Coincidentally the two sets I bought came with 178 & 179 (last 3 digits). 178 in Cantonese literary means "prospering together"; that's a set of lucky numbers.

On the back of the cash-card, you can see the 6 largest banking groups of Singapore: DBS, OCBC, OUB, POSB, Keppel Tat Lee & UOB, of that period, out of which the Overseas Union Bank (OUB) and Keppel Tat Lee Bank no longer exist today.

The set comes with a nice folder and a gold-plated metal book-mark.
