The Presidential Notes

I spent the weekend spring cleaning my apartment and look what I found . . .  hidden and long forgotten; 4 copies of 2 different sets, shrink-wrapped and unopened, weighing over 20 kgs, kept in original Singapore Mint paper carriers: The Presidential Notes.

I guess I could have bought them when the new Portrait series banknotes were released in 1999 together with the uncut sheets and other memorabilia that marked the occasion.

Now, could someone be kind enough to tell me, do I expect to find some banknotes inside the book and what was the issue price? Thanks in advance!
